A prosecution complaint has been filed under Sections 44 and 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, for the commission of the offence of money laundering.
The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday filed a chargesheet in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court against Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Congress Overseas Chief Sam Pitroda on charges of money laundering in the National Herald case.
